Training Participation for NICSS
Early Years - the organisation for young children wishes to thank everyone who participated in the training sessions for the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme.
Over the course of the training, which is now complete, we engaged with approximately 1300 childminders, daycare and playgroup providers and provided access to our training materials and videos to help register children and make claims.
If you haven’t done so already, please login to the portal and fill in the child enrolment phase before August 31st. This should be done even if you are not planning on making a claim until later in September. While children can be added after this date it may lead to increased administration so it is much easier to have this task completed before 31st August.
If you are aware of any parents who may be eligible but have not yet registered their child, then please encourage them to complete the registration process asap here;
