Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit a Project Manager to work within the Early Years Team.
The ASPIRE Project is a shared education initiative, funded through PEACEPLUS, and aimed at providing direct and sustained contact between children from all backgrounds. This multi-year, cross border partnership is led by Northern Ireland Education Authority alongside Early Years, the National Childhood Network, Léargas and Fermanagh Trust. Early Years will be leading on the pre-school element, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work on an ambitious project seeking to make a real difference to our society by embedding shared education from the start.
The role is 37 hours per week. This role is based in Belfast, with Hybrid working available following a probationary period. This role is fixed term until 31st May 2029.
The project manager will lead the ASPIRE team and work closely with the Head of Funded Projects and Senior Management Team to manage and deliver the strands that apply to preschool settings. You will manage the project budget, plan activity and ensure deliverables are met. You will also develop close partnerships with key stakeholders in the public, voluntary and private sectors.
