Early Years – the organisation for young children is seeking proposals from experienced day care providers who can:

•  lead/coordinate current day-care activity to ensure contract deliverables are met through ongoing project review

• support Early Years with delivering a Centre of Excellence

• provide leadership on the pedagogical approach and quality

• employ and roster suitably qualified staff in line with the Minimum Standards requirements

• provide supervision and training for day care staff

• develop and implement an integrated communications strategy promoting day-care services

The requirements for the role are:

•  a qualification that will meet the requirements within the Minimum Standards

• a proven track record of successful delivery of an accredited day care centre

• a proven track record in business planning and strategy development

• excellent interpersonal and written communications skills

• working knowledge of the early years care and education field

 Suitably qualified day-care providers are invited to submit a proposal for the leadership and management of a 20 place sessional out of school facility.
