Survey of PSEP settings on key policy matters

The Department of Education has released a consultation relating to the statuary that all funded pre-school education providers are required to use as part of the pre-school admissions process.

This consultation sought views on the proposal to standardize the length of pre-school sessions and the impact that this may have on the admissions process in the future.

Early Years would like to take this opportunity to collect evidence from service providers in the voluntary, community, and independent sector to help assess the impact to the cost of delivery, potential barriers to overcome and sector readiness for standardisation.
