Location: Western Trust area and Southern Border Counties / Southern Trust area and Southern Border Counties
Tenure: Fixed term contract to end March 2021 (with possible extension depending on funding).

Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit two Senior Early Years Specialists to work in the Western Trust area and the Southern Trust area incorporating the Southern Border Counties.
The Senior Early Years Specialist will:
be responsible for the delivery, co-ordination, programmatic development and quality assurance of the PEACE IV programme in one or more of the four partnership areas and across the preschool sector in Northern Ireland and in the border counties of Ireland.
promote and support the development of early years settings demonstrating a strong commitment to improvement and the ability to respond to expectations of the sector relating to outstanding practice with a focus on clear, timebound evidence demonstrating sustained and high level improvements to practice and / or leadership of a setting.
demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all the services provided by the Organisation and to settings through specialist, highly effective and timebound support provided focusing on high quality learning and care for children, families and communities.
support governance arrangements in all Early Years settings.
