Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit a Outreach Worker to work in Rainbow Sure Start.

The post holder will carry out initial introductory home visits to registered families. And carry out planned home visits to families who require support.

The post holder will support the participation of parents in training and information sessions, provided by SureStart and within the local community in liaison with SureStart staff, training organisations and providers and other professionals.  This will include identifying appropriate courses based on identified need and ensuring systems are in place to monitor and evaluate outcomes.
