Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit a Management and Evaluation Manager to work within the Early Years Team on a fixed term basis until 31 May 2029. The role will be based in Belfast working 37 hours per week . Hybrid working is available.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be the lead for measuring the success of the ASPIRE project both during delivery and ensuring that project benefits have the best chance to be realised into the future.
The ASPIRE Project is a shared education initiative, funded through PEACEPLUS, and aimed at providing direct and sustained contact between children from all backgrounds. This multi-year, cross border partnership is led by Northern Ireland Education Authority alongside Early Years, the National Childhood Network, Léargas and Fermanagh Trust. Early Years will be leading on the pre-school element, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work on an ambitious project seeking to make a real difference to our society by embedding shared education from the start.
