Early Years – the organisation for young children is excited to have created a new post and are seeking applications from qualified accountants with three years’ experience leading and managing a financial team and function at a senior level. 

The Operations Manager – Finance will lead, manage and develop a professional and strategically focused Finance service. They will work within a team of Operational Managers across Early Years to ensure effective integration and service delivery.

Following an induction and probationary period this role will be suitable for hybrid working.
