Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit two Early Years Assistants to work in Blossom SureStart.

The Early Years Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Leader and Deputy Leader in the delivery and ongoing development of the Programme for Two Year Olds. The post holder will also assist with service delivery across the project including the crèche and activities for parents and children. This will include working in partnership with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting and the enhancement of the role of parents as ‘first educators’.
