Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit an Early Years Assistant to work in Rainbow Sure Start.

To work within the team to provide high-quality programmes for young children and actively encourage the participation of the parents.

To work within the team to provide a support programme for parents based on the principles of the Developmental Programme for Two-Year-Olds – stay and plays, workshops and home visiting.

To work with children and families based on a Key Worker system that meets the needs of the children.

To contribute to and complete the agreed system of observations and documentation.

The work within the team innovatively to support and extend play experiences to ensure early outcomes are achieved.
