Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit Early Years Assistants to work in our Daycare Project, Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre. 

There are several opportunities available. The role is Permanent, 37 hours per week or 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm

 Bank opportunities are also available. 

To ensure children attending the Daycare setting have the best start in life by providing a safe, welcoming, high quality, inclusive early education environment, for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. 

To work in partnership with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting and the enhancement of the role of parents as ‘first educators.” 

The post holder is required innovatively to support and extend play experiences to ensure early outcomes are achieved.

 Essential criteria

• NVQ 11 in Children’s Care Learning and Development or Health and Social Care Qualification /or equivalent/ or willing to undertake study to gain qualification.

 Desirable criteria

• NVQ 111 in Children’s Care Learning and Development.

• One years’ experience working in an early childcare setting.
