Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit an Early Years Team Leader to work in Dungannon and Coalisland SureStart. 

The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, term time (47 weeks per year). 

The Early Years Team Leader is a pivotal role within Dungannon and Coalisland Sure Start. The Team Leader will take the lead driving forward quality practice and supporting staff working within the Developmental Programme for 2 – 3 Year Olds ensuring that there is a safe, welcoming, high quality, inclusive early education environment. 

The Team leader will link in with the wider multidisciplinary team ensuring that parents and children have all possible supports ensuring the best possible start in life. 

The Early Years Team Leader will work in partnership with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting and the enhancement of the role of parents as ‘first educators’. 

The post holder is required to oversee the implementation, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of a range of high quality SureStart services.
