Early Years – the organisation for young children is recruiting for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer to work within the Early Years Team.
The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer will be responsible for the following:
Responsibility for establishing effective systems and procedures for the collation of qualitative and quantitative data, tools, operational research and outcomes information including participant learning reviews and assessments.
Support the internal monitoring and evaluation processes of the Sharing from the Start project including the production of appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports that ensure recommendations are articulated across practice areas, especially learning and curriculum, tools and resources.
Draft and present reports (verbal and written) to Project Management, Steering Group and Advisory Committee on progress towards meeting the overall aims and objectives of the project, including ongoing progress towards agreed measurable targets.
Attend regular team meetings and collaborate with Education specialists and facilitators to ensure that day-to-day implementation is consistent with the attainment of the overall aims and objectives of the project.
Act as the liaison for the overall evaluation of the project.
